Create Giveaways
Adding a giveaway is a powerful way to engage your audience and reward loyalty. By setting up a giveaway, you can deliver targeted rewards, notify recipients, and schedule the distribution efficiently. Below are the steps to create and manage a giveaway.
To add a giveaway, navigate to the Giveaways section under the Loyalty Program and click “New” to start.
Begin by selecting your recipients and inputting the giveaway title. Then, add the associated rewards along with their quantities.
If needed, enable the notification option, select the desired channels, and input the notification subject and message.
Next, schedule the blast time for the giveaway distribution. Once all the details are finalized, click “Submit” to confirm and launch the giveaway.
