Add Giveaway Campaign
Creating a giveaway campaign is an excellent way to excite and reward your customers, fostering loyalty and engagement. By setting up a giveaway with tailored rewards and notifications, you can effectively communicate and distribute incentives to your audience. Below are the steps to add a giveaway campaign.
To add a giveaway campaign, navigate to the Campaigns section under the Loyalty Program and click "Add".
Select the Giveaway option and choose your recipients. Input the campaign's code and title, then add the rewards and their respective quantities.
If needed, turn on the notification button to include notifications. Choose the channels for notifications, input the notification subject, and compose the message.
Lastly, proceed to schedule the blast time for the giveaway. Once all details are finalized, click "Submit" to confirm and create the giveaway campaign.
