Add Promo Code Campaign
Adding a promo code is a great way to provide special offers and incentives to your customers as part of your loyalty program. By setting up promo codes with specific conditions and rewards, you can effectively drive engagement and boost customer satisfaction. Below are the steps to create a promo code campaign.
To add a promo code, navigate to the Campaigns section under the Loyalty Program and click "Add".
Select the Promo Code option and choose your recipients. Enter the campaign's code, title, and details, followed by the promo code itself. If needed, add conditions or create additional promo codes.
Next, configure the rewards and input a quota if applicable. Set the campaign's status, activation date, and expiry date (if needed).
Finally, click "Submit" to confirm and create the promo code campaign.
