Add Push Notification Campaign
Push notifications are a powerful way to communicate directly with your customers, delivering timely messages and updates to keep them engaged. Setting up a push notification campaign allows you to target specific recipients with tailored messages. Below are the steps to create a push notification.
To add a push notification, navigate to the Campaigns section under the Loyalty Program and click "Add".
Select the Push Notification option and choose your recipients. Next, select the channels for the notification, input the notification subject, and compose the message.
Schedule the blast time for when the notification should be sent.
Finally, click "Submit" to confirm and create the push notification campaign.
