Copy Voucher

Copying an existing voucher is a convenient way to create a new voucher with similar details, saving time and effort while maintaining consistency. By updating key elements such as the code, title, and terms, you can quickly adapt a voucher to meet new campaign requirements. Below are the steps to copy and customize a voucher.

To copy a voucher, navigate to the Voucher section under the Loyalty Program and click "Copy".

Update the voucher's image if necessary, then change the code and title. Revise the voucher details and Terms and Conditions as needed.

Set the activation and expiry dates, select the usable store, and input the time of usage.

If the voucher is redeemable, enable the Redemption Detail option, configure the redemption point cost, specify the redemption period, and add any limitations or conditions, if applicable.

For third-party integrations, such as Eats365 or Shopify, contact support for assistance.

Lastly, click "Submit" to confirm and save the copied voucher.
