Setup Stamps
Setting up a stamp system is an excellent way to encourage repeat purchases and reward customer loyalty in a visually engaging manner. By customizing stamps and their associated rewards, you can create a unique and motivating experience for your customers. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you configure the stamp system:
To set up stamps, navigate to the Loyalty Program - Essentials and open the Stamps section. Start by inputting the stamp title and code (you can tick “Auto” to apply the code directly from the title).
Next, set up the stamp expiry date by selecting one of the following options: None, Calculated (choose a calculation based on year, month, or date), or Fixed (enter a specific fixed date).
Then, upload the stamp and placeholder icon. Choose the points conversion rule and rate based on criteria such as Every Purchase, Order Amount, Product SKU, or Product Category, and add earning conditions if needed.
Input the checkpoint stamp count, rewards, and quantity (add notifications if applicable). If additional stamp checkpoints are required, click “Add” to create them.
Finally, click “Submit” to save all changes.
