Setup Tiers
Tiered loyalty programs are a powerful way to motivate customers and reward them as they progress through different levels of engagement. By offering exclusive perks and benefits at each tier, you can encourage customers to increase their spending and build long-term loyalty. Here's how to set up tiers:
To set up tiers, navigate to the Loyalty Program - Essentials and open the Tiers section.
First, choose the tier points conversion rule and rate based on criteria such as Every Purchase, Order Amount, Product SKU, or Product Category.
Next, configure the tier points expiry date by selecting one of the following options: None, Calculated (with a specific time frame such as year, month, or date), or Fixed (a specific expiration date).
Then, create the tiers by inputting the tier code, title, and the required tier points. If needed, add notifications to inform customers about their progress or benefits.
Finally, click “Submit” to save all changes.
